Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT, generally referred to as tapping, can help you overcome negative emotions and their physical manifestations in the body.

 

How does it work? The entire body is comprised of energy circuits, so all negative emotions are felt through disruptions of the body's energy. This results in negative feelings and even physical symptoms. By simply tapping on different circuits (or energy paths) on the body, you can release this 'stuck' energy and start experiencing a shift in your emotional and physical well-being. This technique is simple and easy to learn, so you can use it on yourself at any time.
